We are seeking a People Partnership Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role plays a crucial part in building a supportive and engaging work environment and will significantly contribute to enhancing employee experiences throughout their journey at our company. Responsibilities
- Assist employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, addressing various employee-related topics from onboarding to exit
- Lead programs to boost employee engagement and retention
- Take part in performance management processes and foster a culture of continuous feedback
- Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and partner with managers to address and mitigate employee burnout
- Provide advice on People processes and policies in circumstances where automated solutions are insufficient
- Oversee critical people processes such as onboarding and wellbeing while contributing to People projects and strategic initiatives
- Support People Partners on diverse projects and tasks
- Interpret people data to recognize trends and design innovative solutions
- Collaborate with management and leadership to execute effective programs and initiatives
- Advocate and support diversity and inclusion efforts
- Provide HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, and consult with managers on performance management and retention approaches
- Examine HR metrics and insights alongside business partners to develop impactful solutions and programs
Requirements
- At least 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- A strong commitment to teamwork and excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Keen awareness of employee and organizational needs with strong listening skills
- Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively
- Flexibility to serve as a coach and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
- B2+ English proficiency level
