We are seeking a proficient SAP FICO Consultant to join our team.

The selected candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a focus on configuration, implementation, and support. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend financial processes, design effective solutions, and facilitate seamless system integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP FICO capabilities
• Configure SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders) modules
• Support implementation, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP FICO modules
• Resolve technical challenges and provide support for end-users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and supply chain, to align solutions
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and internal control policies
• Deliver training sessions and develop user documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working as an SAP FICO Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and its integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of financial processes, IFRS, and local accounting regulations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills at an advanced level
• Communication abilities suitable for stakeholder collaboration
• A dependable team player with the ability to work independently

Nice to have

• SAP FICO certification
• Background in ABAP debugging and FIORI application usage
• Knowledge of SAP Business Partner, Credit Management, and Treasury Management
