We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior SAP Basis Developer.

In this role, you will manage SAP Basis operations, ensuring optimal performance while leading projects related to SAP HANA and SAP RISE implementations. If you are a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP Basis team in operational and strategic activities
• Oversee SAP HANA and SAP RISE administration, upgrades, enhancements and defect fixes
• Administer and maintain SAP environments, including installation, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP solutions
• Develop and implement SAP system monitoring and optimization strategies
• Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for SAP support
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Prepare and manage budgets related to SAP infrastructure and resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Basis management, including SAP HANA and SAP RISE
• Proven track record of successful SAP system implementations and migrations
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, database management, and cloud solutions
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make informed decisions under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in interacting with stakeholders at all levels
• English proficiency at a professional level

Nice to have

• SAP certification in HANA
• SAP certification in SAP RISE
• Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 architecture
• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies such as PI/PO
• Skills in scripting and automation tools for SAP operations
