We are looking for an enthusiastic Director of Testing Management to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Understand future and existing changes to testing schedules and coverage needs
• Supervise testers’ daily tasks to prioritize essential testing activities
• Track and communicate team activity updates, including attendance and issues
• Evaluate testers' performance and efficiency on the project
• Take part in staffing decisions for the testing team
• Identify and escalate defects or roadblocks affecting testing assignments
• Organize testing activities for a 100+ member team on a developed project or from the ground up

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in software testing
• Flexibility to join planned weekend overtime shifts once per quarter
• Expertise in evaluating and interpreting project documentation
• Proficiency in providing high-quality functional requirements and conducting specification assessments
• Background in planning, executing, and reporting on testing processes
• Competency in deploying and running builds on consoles and mobile platforms
• Experience in onboarding, conducting knowledge transfers, and training team members
• Knowledge of software quality control procedures and the software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in assessing candidates’ knowledge and practical abilities
• Interest and proficiency in gaming across various titles and genres
• B2 level proficiency in English
• Work availability at the office with a start time between 9:00 to 9:30 AM

Nice to have

• Experience with game testing
• Qualifications in ISTQB certification
