We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team in supporting and enhancing the security and efficiency of our identity services.

This role involves managing over 17,000 user profiles and their access to hundreds of integrated systems, leveraging advanced tools and protocols to deliver robust and seamless IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Terraform configurations for the integration of in-house and third-party applications with Okta (IDP) and Saviynt (IGA) platforms using Single Sign-On protocols like SAML and OIDC
• Manage IAM-related requests utilizing GitHub, ensuring prompt and accurate completion of stakeholder requirements
• Participate actively in refinement and sprint planning, contributing to sprint goal setting and timely project delivery
• Implement and configure new features in Saviynt IGA and Okta IDP through Terraform and UI-based customization
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support to troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related escalations
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for feature delivery processes and operational workflows

Requirements

• Understanding of SAML and OIDC authentication protocols
• Skills in implementing infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform
• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta and Saviynt
• Experience working with version control and workflow management tools like GitHub
• Background in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex IAM issues
• Competency in collaborating within Agile teams and adapting to iterative development practices
• Flexibility to produce clear, effective technical documentation

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta platform administration and configuration
• Familiarity with Saviynt platform setup and usage
• Knowledge of strategies for automating IAM processes
