We are seeking a talented Lead Developer with expertise in Salesforce Primary Clouds.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce applications utilizing Salesforce UI and API tools
• Implement CI/CD workflows with Copado to streamline processes
• Apply test-driven development approaches to maintain high code standards
• Oversee production environments to maintain peak functionality
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to analyze and fulfill project requirements
• Draft technical designs and document system changes for future use
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable, constructive feedback
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Stay informed about new Salesforce features and industry best practices
• Contribute to the design of scalable and sustainable architecture for Salesforce systems

Requirements

• Background in Salesforce focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Salesforce platform development
• Familiarity with Copado for streamlined CI/CD operations
• Experience in Salesforce platform management and administration
• Exposure to agile development methodologies and practices
• Proficiency in test-driven development practices and enforcing code standards
• Competency in overseeing and maintaining production environments
• Understanding of continuous integration and automated deployment strategies
• Professional working knowledge of the English language

• Certification in Salesforce technologies
