We're seeking a talented Senior AEM Developer with deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team.

This role will focus on building a robust headless e-commerce platform and a scalable content management system. You'll work closely with a dynamic, cross-functional team to bring innovative digital experiences to life. If you're driven to deliver high-impact solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancements in AEM Digital Assets Management and Sites with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Act as the go-to technical contact during EST business hours, offering production support and troubleshooting
• Participate in on-call pager duty (additional compensation provided)
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth system integrations
• Develop clean, efficient code in Java and Kotlin, adhering to quality standards
• Write and maintain thorough unit and integration tests, supporting automated QA initiatives
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze logs and monitoring tools to quickly resolve production issues
• Keep project management tools updated with accurate progress reports
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to maintaining high development standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM Digital Assets Management and Sites
• Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and Continuous Delivery pipelines
• Proficiency with React, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and build tools like Jenkins
• Excellent communication skills with direct client-facing experience
• English proficiency at B2 level or above

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration
• Background in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud
• Knowledge of integrating additional third-party services
