Responsibilities

• Leverage your deep expertise in .NET technologies to guide architecture discussions and build scalable, high-quality software solutions
• Participate in and lead design sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain high-level architecture documentation (components, applications, deployment, sequence/DFD) for .NET-based systems
• Drive continuous improvements in development practices by promoting industry best practices and guiding the team on coding standards, code reviews, and efficient design
• Drive the adoption of tools and technologies that enhance the development process and improve team efficiency
• Manage and mentor engineering teams, ensuring they are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to tackle complex projects
• Drive the successful execution of key projects, from MVP and release planning to defining roadmaps and prioritizing deliverables
• Oversee scope management and control scope creep effectively, ensuring that changes are handled through a structured change control process
• Foster a collaborative, Agile environment, utilizing Scrum/Kanban methodologies to improve team productivity and project velocity
• Identify and mitigate project risks early, ensuring any challenges are proactively addressed and escalated when necessary
• Implement quality metrics and testing strategies (manual and automated) to ensure the highest standards in software quality
• Provide stakeholders with regular project updates, conduct retrospectives, and champion process improvements to optimize delivery
• Lead multiple feature teams (4-6 teams, 40-100+ people) through large-scale, enterprise-level .NET projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Cultivate a high-performance culture by empowering your team to continuously improve their technical skills and grow professionally
• Collaborate closely with onshore Delivery Managers (DM) and Account Managers (AM) to drive seamless project execution and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software engineering with deep expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, etc.) and related tools
• Proven track record in leading and managing large engineering teams to deliver high-quality .NET solutions
• Strong architectural skills with experience designing and implementing scalable software systems in the .NET ecosystem
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation in a .NET environment
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on team growth, technical excellence, and collaboration
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of ISO project management standards and information security processes
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and balance technical trade-offs with business priorities
