We’re on the lookout for an experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our innovative, product-driven development team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ensuring software reliability through intelligent testing and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, technical designs, and user stories
• Develop and maintain automated test suites to ensure fast, repeatable, and high-quality test coverage
• Conduct manual testing when needed, covering functional, regression, integration, and performance aspects
• Test multi-tenant capabilities across the platform to ensure scalability and isolation
• Accurately log, track, and verify defects in a structured bug-tracking system
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on quality standards
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in QA strategy, tools, and processes
• Leverage best practices in testing microservices and apply AI-powered tools for code improvement and analysis
• Partner with client-side teams to coordinate and align testing efforts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a QA role with a strong focus on automated testing
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Selenium or TestComplete; familiarity with JUnit/TestNG is a plus
• Good understanding of testing techniques including black-box, white-box, and gray-box approaches
• Proficiency in querying and validating data using MS SQL Server and T-SQL
• Strong background in API testing and relevant tooling
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based workflows
• Familiarity with issue tracking systems like Jira
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot under pressure
• Professional fluency in English
