Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans and test cases based on technical specifications, requirements, and user stories
• Build and maintain automated test scripts within our testing framework
• Conduct manual testing when necessary, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Validate multi-tenant application features through targeted test scenarios
• Log and manage defects using an issue tracking system
• Partner with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and uphold software quality
• Continuously review and improve testing practices, tools, and processes
• Apply best practices in microservices testing and utilize AI tools for efficient code analysis and refactoring
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and deliverables

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in QA, with a focus on automation
• Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium and TestComplete, and familiarity with frameworks like JUnit or TestNG
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, gray-box)
• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL for data validation and test analysis
• Practical knowledge of API testing and related tools
• Background in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Experience with bug-tracking systems such as Jira
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently under tight timelines
• Professional-level English communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CSK (Cloud Software Kit) solution implementations
• Understanding of AWS key rotation and secrets management
• Experience in cloud-based testing environments, especially on AWS
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automation tools
• Background in testing applications built with .NET Core
