Responsibilities

Design and implement test plans and test cases based on technical specifications, requirements, and user stories
Build and maintain automated test scripts within our testing framework
Conduct manual testing when necessary, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Validate multi-tenant application features through targeted test scenarios
Log and manage defects using an issue tracking system
Partner with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and uphold software quality
Continuously review and improve testing practices, tools, and processes
Apply best practices in microservices testing and utilize AI tools for efficient code analysis and refactoring
Collaborate with client teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and deliverables

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in QA, with a focus on automation
Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium and TestComplete, and familiarity with frameworks like JUnit or TestNG
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, gray-box)
Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL for data validation and test analysis
Practical knowledge of API testing and related tools
Background in Agile/Scrum development environments
Experience with bug-tracking systems such as Jira
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage tasks efficiently under tight timelines
Professional-level English communication skills

Nice to have

Familiarity with CSK (Cloud Software Kit) solution implementations
Understanding of AWS key rotation and secrets management
Experience in cloud-based testing environments, especially on AWS
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and automation tools
Background in testing applications built with .NET Core
