Chief Change and Adoption Specialist Description
We are seeking a Chief Change and Adoption Specialist to enhance Modern Workplace solutions.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to foster digital transformation and promote continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance modern workplace adoption and change initiatives
- Assess client needs and create tailored adoption roadmaps in collaboration with internal teams
- Provide training and enablement programs through workshops and communication campaigns
- Leverage analytics and user feedback to monitor adoption success and refine strategies
- Establish methodologies to support best practices in change management and transformation efforts
- Contribute to internal practice growth by sharing knowledge and enhancing team skills
- Ensure alignment among stakeholders to advance adoption initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maximizing productivity through effective change management
- Enhance proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools by conducting training sessions
- Communicate metrics and adoption trends through reports and presentations
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in change management with an emphasis on user adoption
- Background in Microsoft 365 solutions, especially Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams
- Strong facilitation skills to engage stakeholders across various levels
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools for tracking adoption trends
- Capability to advise clients on strategies for user adoption
- Understanding of digital experience management principles
- English communication skills at a professional business level

- Microsoft Change Management & Adoption Certification
- Flexibility to use Confluence effectively
- Expertise in Google Workspace applications
- Competency in delivering and facilitating training sessions
- Familiarity with Miro and Zoom platforms
