We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Game Tester to join our newly established Performance Playtesting Team. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring a top-tier gaming experience and safeguarding a fair competitive environment for players across all skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform playtesting activities across various game titles, including well-documented test-case-based testing and exploratory-style testing
• Set up consoles and mobile devices for playtesting sessions
• Learn and apply required tools for daily tasks
• Report identified defects
• Complete playtesting questionnaires

Requirements

• Active player of multiple game titles, genres, and platforms
• Advanced knowledge of PC/Windows
• Discretion to maintain compliance with requirements for handling protected client information
• Flexibility to participate in planned weekend overtime shifts once per quarter
• Work from office, starting 9-9:30 AM (UTC -04)
• A2+ written and B1 spoken English proficiency

Nice to have

• Understanding of game testing processes, including A/B playtesting and functional testing
• Knowledge of functional testing fundamentals such as theory, processes, and tools
• Competency in logging bugs in Jira
