Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM Digital Assets Management and Sites, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
• Take ownership of technical challenges and provide expert-level support during Eastern Standard Time hours
• Be part of the on-call support rotation (additional compensation included) to help ensure system reliability
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate AEM with other tools and platforms
• Write clean, efficient code in Java and Kotlin while upholding strong coding standards
• Contribute to testing initiatives by promoting thorough unit and integration test coverage
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments
• Proactively troubleshoot production issues by analyzing logs and leveraging monitoring dashboards
• Keep project teams aligned with timely updates via management tools
• Perform peer code reviews and help maintain a culture of engineering excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with AEM DAM and Sites
• At least 1 year in a leadership or senior development role
• Deep understanding of modern DevOps and Continuous Delivery best practices
• Hands-on experience with React, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform
• Familiar with tools like Grafana and Jenkins for monitoring and deployment
• Comfortable communicating with clients and technical teams alike
• Proficient in English at B2 level or above

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud
• Knowledge of third-party integration techniques
