SAP CPI Integration Developer Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP CPI Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with both on-premise and cloud-based systems, with a particular focus on Payroll and Active Directory. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI to connect SuccessFactors with various systems, including Payroll and Active Directory
  • Develop and maintain integration scenarios, including data mapping, transformation, and routing
  • Work with SuccessFactors OData APIs, IDocs, RFCs, and other relevant technologies
  • Configure and manage secure connections and authentication mechanisms
  • Implement error handling and monitoring solutions to ensure data integrity and system reliability
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality of integration solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain documentation for integration processes and configurations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP CPI and SuccessFactors technologies and best practices
  • Work with Active Directory and understand the processes of user provisioning and de-provisioning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CPI development
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
  • Experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs and other integration technologies
  • Proficiency in developing and configuring iFlows in SAP CPI
  • Experience with data mapping and transformation using Groovy scripting or other relevant tools
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP
  • Understanding of integration patterns and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of secure integration practices and protocols
  • Experience with API management concepts

  • Experience with other SAP cloud solutions
  • Experience with other HR systems
