We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce Core BA skills and hands-on experience in Service and Experience Cloud, user experience (UX/UI), and accessibility. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience in Salesforce-based business analysis, a deep understanding of user needs, and a proactive approach to collaboration across technical, design, and program teams.

Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into Salesforce system design and functionality
- Facilitate refinement of business requirements, including documenting process flows and user stories
- Analyze user needs, identify business opportunities and risks during design phases
- Organize user stories into epics, phases, and functional components
- Gather business/program feedback for ongoing and future development
- Ensure clear communication between product, technical, and business teams
- Train and guide stakeholders on product use through demos and knowledge-sharing
- Coordinate backlog management with Product Manager, Scrum Master, and technical teams
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution
- Anticipate UX/UI needs and collaborate with design team as required
- Monitor performance metrics and manage change request evaluations
- Write user-facing product documentation, including training and release notes
- Maintain strong understanding of tech stack to support effective product design
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Strong skills in UX/UI design tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams
- Proficiency in documenting user journeys, process flows, and business requirements
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and convert them into actionable requirements
- Experience supporting and managing UAT and QA processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to write clear user documentation and product communications
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- English level B2+ or higher
