We are seeking a dedicated Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team in enhancing security and streamlining identity services.

This position encompasses the oversight of 17,000 user profiles and their access to various integrated systems, utilizing advanced tools and protocols to deliver effective IAM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Terraform configurations for integrating in-house and third-party applications with Okta (IDP) and Saviynt (IGA) platforms using Single Sign-On protocols such as SAML and OIDC
• Handle IAM-related requests using GitHub to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of stakeholder needs
• Conduct refinement and sprint planning sessions to aid in goal setting and deliver projects on schedule
• Configure and deploy new features in Saviynt IGA and Okta IDP through Terraform and customization via the user interface
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support to identify and resolve IAM-related escalations
• Document feature delivery processes and operational workflows in detail to support long-term system efficiency

Requirements

• Knowledge of SAML and OIDC authentication protocols
• Skills in implementing infrastructure-as-code solutions with Terraform
• Familiarity with IAM platforms, including Okta and Saviynt
• Experience with version control and workflow management tools like GitHub
• Background in diagnosing and resolving challenging IAM issues
• Competency in working within Agile teams and adopting iterative development methods
• Flexibility to create precise and effective technical documentation

• Expertise in Okta platform administration and advanced configuration
• Qualifications in leveraging Saviynt platform for identity governance
• Understanding of best practices for automating IAM processes
