We are seeking a qualified Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to enhance and support the security and functionality of our identity services.

This position involves overseeing over 17,000 user profiles and their access to a wide range of integrated systems while utilizing advanced tools and protocols to implement effective IAM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Terraform configurations to integrate in-house and third-party applications with Okta (IDP) and Saviynt (IGA) platforms using Single Sign-On protocols like SAML and OIDC
• Handle IAM-related requests through GitHub, ensuring accurate completion of stakeholder requirements
• Contribute to refinement sessions and sprint planning to support goal-setting and timely project execution
• Configure and deploy new features in Saviynt IGA and Okta IDP using Terraform and UI-based modification tools
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support to resolve IAM-related escalations
• Develop and update documentation for feature delivery processes and operational workflows

Requirements

• Understanding of SAML and OIDC authentication protocols
• Skills in implementing infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform
• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta and Saviynt
• Experience working with version control and workflow management tools like GitHub
• Background in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex IAM issues
• Competency in collaborating within Agile teams and adapting to iterative development practices
• Flexibility to produce clear, effective technical documentation

• Proficiency in administering and configuring the Okta platform
• Qualifications in implementing and using the Saviynt platform
• Expertise in developing approaches to automate IAM processes
