We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for various client requirements
• Create and manage basic and advanced business rules within ServiceNow
• Utilize flow designer for process automation and enhancements
• Navigate and articulate the Common Service Data Model effectively
• Differentiate between related and referenced configuration items
• Explain ITIL processes and their use cases for configuration items
• Identify discoverable and non-discoverable attributes in the ServiceNow platform
• Define rules for which configuration items create assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow
• Certified System Administrator certification
• Understanding of flow designer and its applications
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and configuration item management
• Familiarity with Digital Portfolio Management concepts
• Experience with Service Builder for offerings management
• English proficiency at a professional level

Nice to have

• Certification in Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery, Service Mapping
• Familiarity with Agent Client Collector
• Experience with MID server web socket endpoint management
