We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Automation Tester to join our team. In this role, you will focus on automated testing of Salesforce applications, playing a crucial part in delivering high-quality, reliable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work as a part of a Scrum team and actively participate in reaching team success
• Analyze requirements for new features from a testing perspective, provide estimates, and suggest an approach that would streamline testing
• Define and document test cases
• Manually test hot features that are not covered with automation yet
• Analyze test results and drive issue resolution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Hands-on experience in Automated Testing implementation for Salesforce custom solutions
• Subject matter expert in test automation areas
• Readiness to switch between manual and automated testing as necessary, keeping in mind a long-term goal to automate everything, but keeping balance with effectiveness for ongoing needs
• Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing test automation scenarios and regression suites
• Experience creating/managing Postman test collections (manual suite)
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, Selenium, and Cucumber
• Competency in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Docker for test automation pipelines
• Experience specifying, establishing and managing test environments and test data for load and functional test automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
