We are looking for a talented Lead Software Engineer with expertise in C++ kernel development.

You will play a key role in our development team, contributing to writing and optimizing kernels tailored for artificial intelligence and machine learning applications. If you are passionate about high-performance computing and eager for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain kernel-level software components
• Optimize kernels and kernel libraries for machine learning and high-performance computing applications
• Apply tensor compute and tensor data movement optimizations within kernels
• Perform analysis and optimization of low-level code for enhanced performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless kernel integration
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through profiling and analysis
• Conduct unit testing and rigorous debugging for robust code quality
• Ensure stability and reliability in kernel-level implementations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in C and C++ programming languages
• 1+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
• Background in kernel development with a focus on low-level optimizations
• Understanding of machine learning integration and performance profiling
• Familiarity with tensor optimization methods and techniques
• Strong problem-solving aptitude for addressing complex debugging challenges
• Proficiency in performance profiling and optimization tools
• Fluency in English at a minimum B2+ level

Nice to have

• Understanding of machine learning frameworks and principles
• Expertise in operating system internals
• Proficiency in GPU programming using NVIDIA CUDA or OpenCL
