Responsibilities

Understand and analyze business cases for APIs accessible to external partners
Create clear and captivating content aimed at prospective clients
Refine and enhance existing content through collaboration with business and technical teams
Align documentation strategies with input from sales teams
Research API usage patterns and gather customer insights
Maintain up-to-date API specifications and feature documentation
Leverage tools to optimize the content creation workflow
Apply SEO principles to maximize visibility and usability of content
Ensure content is user-focused and accessible to diverse audiences
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to consistently improve documentation quality
Develop tutorials and user guides to aid clients in navigating APIs

Requirements

7+ years of technical writing experience
Background in creating technical documentation and content
Skills in creating API documentation and user materials
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager for managing content
Familiarity with SEO-focused content design
Understanding of effective sales and marketing strategies
Excellent command of English and strong writing skills

Nice to have

Certification in technical writing
Competency in operating content management systems
Knowledge of analytical tools for tracking web performance
Flexibility to apply agile project management approaches
