We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our rapidly expanding team and take a pivotal role in driving the integration of GenAI-based solutions into client products, while also mentoring and guiding the development team.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced expertise in Node.js and TypeScript/ReactJS, complemented by a robust understanding of full-stack development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and TypeScript
• Architect and integrate advanced GenAI capabilities into existing systems to enable transformative functionalities
• Guide and mentor development team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project goals and requirements
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability while enforcing software engineering best practices
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across the full technology stack
• Oversee and implement containerized solutions using Docker at scale
• Design and evolve reusable front-end components for robust and consistent UI/UX functionality
• Establish and maintain automated testing strategies and conduct detailed code reviews to uphold code quality standards
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and adopt best practices in the GenAI ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge
• Foster effective communication, team coordination, and collaboration in a remote-first environment
• Define project timelines and milestones, ensuring the on-time delivery of team objectives

Requirements

• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript/React with 5+ years of experience in web development
• 1+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and advanced understanding of Big-O complexities
• Demonstrable success in solving challenging coding problems and designing complex systems
• Advanced competency in full-stack development principles and extensive experience with remote collaboration tools
• Extensive experience with Docker and container orchestration at an enterprise level
• Proven ability to debug, anticipate, and resolve issues across front-end and back-end systems
• Experience building scalable applications and optimizing development workflows in agile environments
• In-depth understanding of GenAI systems integration and delivering AI-powered user-centric experiences
• Capability to manage and lead distributed teams, ensuring productivity and team alignment within Central Time (CT) overlapping hours (9-11 AM CT)
• English proficiency at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AWS cloud platforms, including serverless tools and managed services
• In-depth knowledge of the LangChain framework and other Generative AI libraries
• Experience with Playwright for creating reliable end-to-end testing solutions
• Proficiency in Python for supplementary development tasks and data processing needs
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging ChatGPT or similar platforms for innovative AI-powered solutions
