We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Python and ML for our client.

It is a hybrid role for Krakow, Wroclaw, and Gdansk.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain open-source Python SDKs
• Leverage a deep understanding of building and distributing Python SDKs
• Translate existing Java libraries to Python
• Write clean and efficient Python code
• Collaborate with the team
• Write unit and integration tests
• Document implemented SDK features

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python
• 1+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
• Deep understanding of building open-source Python SDKs
• Experience with popular ML Python frameworks like LangChain, LangSmith, and others
• Ability to write clean, efficient code
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Strong collaboration skills
• Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)

Nice to have

• Experience with Java for library translation (translating code from Java to Python)
