Responsibilities

• Understand business cases for APIs available for external consumption
• Write compelling content targeted at potential clients
• Review and rewrite existing content in collaboration with business and engineering stakeholders
• Partner with sales teams to ensure content aligns with sales strategies
• Conduct research to gather insights on API usage and customer needs
• Maintain updated documentation for API specifications and features
• Utilize content creation tools to streamline the writing process
• Implement best practices for SEO and content design
• Ensure all content is clear, concise, and accessible to diverse audiences
• Gather feedback from stakeholders for continuous content improvement
• Create user guides and tutorials to assist clients in understanding APIs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in writing technical documentation
• Proven background in content creation and technical writing
• Experience in writing API documentation and user guides
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager for content management
• Familiarity with SEO content design principles
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• Fluent in English with excellent writing skills

Nice to have

• Certification in technical writing
• Experience with content management systems
• Knowledge of web analytics tools
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
• Understanding of client engagement strategies
