We are looking for a Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer to deliver shared services to a variety of clients.

This position involves incident resolution, configuration management, and infrastructure support while fostering collaboration within the team. If you're motivated to drive meaningful results, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents related to designated applications and infrastructure
• Escalate issues appropriately to relevant project or development teams
• Identify and eliminate recurring incidents by conducting problem management
• Handle service requests with precision and timeliness
• Take responsibility for configuration management activities
• Ensure adequate capacity management of resources
• Provide infrastructure support for cloud-based systems
• Support continuous integration and deployment processes alongside minor enhancements
• Execute daily platform monitoring as part of runbook tasks
• Perform regular health assessments of cloud environments
• Manage user access and permissions with diligence
• Apply system patches and carry out minor updates or upgrades
• Configure cloud infrastructure as required by operational needs
• Administer backup and recovery processes for cloud environments
• Support release and deployment activities across platforms
• Address bug fixes and implement non-code content modifications
• Apply robust security configurations to systems
• Ensure quality assurance standards are upheld for implemented changes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Operations and DevOps
• Background in the Acquia Cloud Platform
• Proficiency in Acquia Site Factory
• Knowledge of Drupal systems
• Familiarity with GitLab
• Understanding of CSS and HTML frameworks
• Capability to work effectively with PHP
• English communication skills at a professional level (B2+)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics tools
• Understanding of CloudFlare functionalities
• Experience working with Veeva Vault systems
