EPAM Vietnam is seeking an experienced Senior Manual Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of a Java-based application currently undergoing a significant modernization process. In addition to this, your strong technical skills will be the key factor in driving the team toward success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough manual testing of new and updated features to ensure they meet established requirements and specifications
• Perform regression testing to confirm stability after system upgrades or refactoring efforts
• Test and validate the UI/UX following framework updates, including Bootstrap, VueJS, and jQuery
• Execute manual testing of APIs, focusing on functionality, security enhancements, and new authorization mechanisms
• Identify, document, and report defects clearly and accurately, assisting developers with reproduction steps and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders for efficient issue resolution and quality deliverables

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in manual testing for web-based applications
• Hands-on experience with API testing and proficiency in verifying security measures and authorization protocols
• Familiarity with Azure cloud-based applications is desirable
• Attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with developers and stakeholders
• A proactive mindset to identify issues early and recommend solutions
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English (B2)
