Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive change leadership
• Provide subject matter expertise in training and change management for transformation projects
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management plans
• Oversee and manage the design and delivery of training programs for end-users
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and project leaders for training and communication activities
• Collaborate with project delivery teams to identify training needs and close skill gaps
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to implement effective communication strategies
• Provide oversight for training and enablement projects for both internal and external teams
• Create a conducive environment for the successful delivery of transformation projects
• Enable the design, development, and management of key project communications
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and establish metrics for success
• Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion
• Build relationships with internal teams to leverage tools and resources effectively
• Research and present the latest talent technologies to foster continuous innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience in instructional design or related fields
• Master’s degree with 2 years of professional experience is acceptable
• 2 or more years of experience in change management or transformation
• Experience leading Sitecore XM Cloud based Web Content Management implementation
• Expert knowledge of instructional design methodologies including ADDIE, SAM, and design thinking
• Working knowledge of change management frameworks
• Expertise in assessing learning and program impact
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory
• Experience in owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
• Background in driving process improvements
• Proficiency in English (B2+)
