Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive change leadership
- Provide subject matter expertise in training and change management for transformation projects
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management plans
- Oversee and manage the design and delivery of training programs for end-users
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and project leaders for training and communication activities
- Collaborate with project delivery teams to identify training needs and close skill gaps
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to implement effective communication strategies
- Provide oversight for training and enablement projects for both internal and external teams
- Create a conducive environment for the successful delivery of transformation projects
- Enable the design, development, and management of key project communications
- Partner with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and establish metrics for success
- Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion
- Build relationships with internal teams to leverage tools and resources effectively
- Research and present the latest talent technologies to foster continuous innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience in instructional design or related fields
- Master’s degree with 2 years of professional experience is acceptable
- 2 or more years of experience in change management or transformation
- Experience leading Sitecore XM Cloud based Web Content Management implementation
- Expert knowledge of instructional design methodologies including ADDIE, SAM, and design thinking
- Working knowledge of change management frameworks
- Expertise in assessing learning and program impact
- Deep understanding of adult learning theory
- Experience in owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
- Background in driving process improvements
- Proficiency in English (B2+)
