We are seeking an experienced Senior Golang Developer to join our collaborative team, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and developing robust, scalable solutions with a focus on discovery, moderation, and regulation enforcement. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance components, interfaces, and tools for seamless user and team experiences
• Collaborate with Payments teams and internal stakeholders to improve day-to-day workflows
• Write clean, well-tested, and efficient library-level and product code using Go Lang
• Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback on PHP, JavaScript (ES6), and React codebases
• Work in a collaborative, inclusive environment, fostering technical and professional growth opportunities
• Optimize features for performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in web programming or related fields
• Expertise in Go Lang with a strong understanding of server-side development
• Comprehensive understanding of React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and DOM manipulation
• Background in MySQL or similar relational database platforms with a high level of competency
• Skills in writing well-tested and performant code
• Effective communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to work both independently and in team environments with a self-starter attitude
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced development environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with PHP, Python, Java, or Node.js, showcasing flexibility to work with various technologies
• Familiarity with Payments platforms or financial applications
