We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Kotlin Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vietnam. As part of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable, reliable, and highly performance systems using modern technologies. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Kotlin, Java (18/21) within a Spring Boot 3+ framework
• Build highly responsive and scalable systems utilizing reactive programming techniques (WebFlux)
• Implement secure, robust, and optimized integrations between microservices and third-party systems
• Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs with attention to performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB, to model, query, and optimize data storage
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitor application health and performance using tools like Datadog and ensure cloud-based deployments in AWS

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in backend development, with at least 2 years in Kotlin
• Proficiency in Spring Boot 3+, with strong preference for WebFlux experience for reactive programming
• Solid experience with Kubernetes to manage and deploy containerized applications
• Thorough understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including data modeling and query optimization
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ for building reliable and scalable messaging systems
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English (B2)

Nice to have

• Understanding of reactive systems or distributed architectures
