Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce applications using Salesforce UI and API tools
• Execute CI/CD workflows with Copado to enhance operational efficiency
• Adopt test-driven development methods to uphold high-quality standards for code
• Manage production environments to ensure optimal functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and meet project requirements
• Create technical designs and document system modifications for reference
• Conduct code reviews and offer constructive, actionable feedback
• Address technical challenges with effective solutions
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce advancements and industry best practices
• Contribute to scalable and sustainable architecture designs for Salesforce systems

Requirements

• Background in Salesforce with emphasis on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Salesforce platform development
• Familiarity with Copado for effective CI/CD operations
• Expertise in Salesforce platform management and administration
• Exposure to agile methodologies and work practices
• Proficiency in test-driven development principles and enforcing code quality standards
• Competency in managing and maintaining production environments
• Understanding of continuous integration and automated deployment workflows
• English proficiency at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Certification in Salesforce technologies
• Familiarity with the Einstein 1 Platform
