Responsibilities

Develop Salesforce applications using Salesforce UI and API tools
Execute CI/CD workflows with Copado to enhance operational efficiency
Adopt test-driven development methods to uphold high-quality standards for code
Manage production environments to ensure optimal functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and meet project requirements
Create technical designs and document system modifications for reference
Conduct code reviews and offer constructive, actionable feedback
Address technical challenges with effective solutions
Keep up-to-date with Salesforce advancements and industry best practices
Contribute to scalable and sustainable architecture designs for Salesforce systems

Requirements

Background in Salesforce with emphasis on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Salesforce platform development
Familiarity with Copado for effective CI/CD operations
Expertise in Salesforce platform management and administration
Exposure to agile methodologies and work practices
Proficiency in test-driven development principles and enforcing code quality standards
Competency in managing and maintaining production environments
Understanding of continuous integration and automated deployment workflows
English proficiency at a B2+ level

Nice to have

Certification in Salesforce technologies
Familiarity with the Einstein 1 Platform
