We’re looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join our fast-growing digital consulting and delivery practice.

In this role, you’ll lead high-impact digital initiatives for top-tier clients, overseeing multidisciplinary teams through the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and continuous optimization. You’ll be at the forefront of digital product engineering, helping organizations transform using modern platforms, data-driven thinking, and AI-powered strategies.

This is not a coordination role — we’re looking for someone who’s technical, product-minded, client-centric, and thrives on turning complex business problems into elegant digital solutions. You’ll be the driving force behind delivery excellence, team cohesion, and strategic client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and data platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets
• Build and grow strong client relationships, engaging with stakeholders across product, technology, business, and operations
• Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams across local, nearshore, and offshore locations
• Guide teams through the full digital product lifecycle—from research and prototyping to MVP and scaling—using agile methodologies
• Translate client needs into product strategies and solution roadmaps, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams
• Ensure delivery health with a focus on both quantitative metrics (velocity, burn rate, quality) and qualitative outcomes (stakeholder satisfaction, team morale)
• Champion modern engineering practices and tools, including AI integration and data-driven design, where applicable
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and contribute to new solution proposals and thought leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end digital and data platform solutions—from concept to launch—across industries like Financial Services, Retail/CPG, Life Sciences, or Public Sector
• A technical understanding of digital product engineering, able to contribute to architecture and solutioning conversations, not just manage timelines
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in roles with a strong focus on digital and product development
• Strong grasp of data and AI, including data lifecycle management, data quality/governance, and real-world applications of generative AI and automation
• Track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and global delivery models, with excellent facilitation and team leadership skills
• Client-first mindset, with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and proactively uncover new value opportunities
• A product-oriented approach to delivery — you think in terms of value, outcomes, iterations, and user impact
• Experience applying agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, ideally in complex consulting environments
• Strong ownership, self-direction, and ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous environments

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
