We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Hungary. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders. If you're ready to take on this challenge and make a meaningful impact, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations with external systems
• Work on various modules including ITSM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, Event Management, HRSD, WSD, GRC, Integrations
• Build ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms such as OKTA SSO, Salesforce, SAP, etc
• Ensure platform consistency and integrity
• Fulfill patching and upgrades of ServiceNow
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customer representatives and other vendors

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow development and customization
• Strong background in ITSM solutions
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide hands-on technical support
• English level B2+ for effective communication
