We are currently looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing support tickets submitted by EPAM employees while ensuring timely resolutions and effective communication. If you are ready to take on a dynamic role in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
Examples of shifts:
- During the weekdays, 9/10 am – 6/7 pm and 2 pm – 10 pm (GMT+3)
- During the weekends, 7/8 am – 2/3 pm, 2 pm – 10 pm, 10 pm – 6/8 am (1-2 nightshifts per month)
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
- Receive and process tickets in EPAM Support Portal/ServiceNow
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues to L2/L3 teams
- Participate in Knowledge Base improvement and updates
- Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in support or service desk roles
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Capability to adapt to changing environments
