As an Application Support Engineer with Lotus, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HCL Notes infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. In this role, you will administer and maintain HCL Notes/servers, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. You will be working in an agile team together with colleagues from Switzerland and Spain.

Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, security policies, and access controls
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in collaboration with other IT teams
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations
- Provide technical support and training to users as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in application support
- Relevant higher education and professional background within the IT industry
- Strong experience with HCL Notes/Domino administration (on-premises)
- Knowledge of server operating systems (Windows)
- Understanding of email security, anti-spam measures, and encryption protocols
- Familiarity with integration into Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, or other collaboration tools
- Reliability, strong communication skills, and a teamwork mindset
- Commitment, drive, and passion for ownership, with a proactive attitude
- Ability to analyze complex problems and define a solution path while focusing on an end-to-end solution and client needs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in native or fluent English
Nice to have
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, LotusScript, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of the German language
