We are looking for a driven Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Informatica to join our collaborative team.

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing solutions within the Life Sciences Technology domain. You will work with diverse stakeholders to ensure product success and optimize existing functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Optimize data quality and enhance data governance to meet evolving business needs
• Engage regularly with client managers and development teams, with some interaction with the client side
• Work closely with end users and stakeholders, including challenging stakeholders
• Collaborate with the client's Product Manager or Product Owner to own the product roadmap and propose ideas
• Define new opportunities, realize backlog items, and plan product promotions
• Implement a product mindset and take ownership of successful products from the past to drive project progress

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in business analysis
• Demonstrated experience as a business analyst in the Life Sciences Technology domain
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of successful product ownership
• Profound understanding of metrics and data-driven decision making
• Agile approach to requirements specification
