Join our team as a Product Manager, where you will lead cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision
• Align product roadmap with business goals and market opportunities
• Conduct market analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
• Prioritize product features based on ROI and client value
• Develop and prioritize product roadmap balancing short and long-term needs
• Translate high-level ideas into detailed feature requirements and user stories
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement
• Utilize Agile methodologies for effective product development
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks
• Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product decisions
• Conduct user research to understand client pain points and behaviors
• Analyze product performance using metrics and KPIs to drive decisions
• Foster collaboration within cross-functional teams to achieve product goals
• Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements
• Adapt product strategies based on evolving market dynamics

Requirements

• 10-18 years of experience in product management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in product strategy development
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong financial literacy and understanding of revenue models
• Ability to measure product success with KPIs
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Looker
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (B2+)
