We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead ServiceNow implementation projects and drive engineering team delivery.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining product requirements and ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow implementations. You will lead software engineering projects, manage stakeholder communications, and drive agile methodologies to enhance project outcomes. Responsibilities

• Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
• Manage concise definition of scope across the entire program
• Create and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projects
• Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to ensure high-quality products and features are delivered on time
• Act as scrum master, managing project schedules while identifying and communicating potential issues to stakeholders
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment
• Provide hands-on software development, project management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver outstanding program outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, focusing on emerging technologies or related technical fields
• 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation
• Experience in software development and experience managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams
• ITSM/ITOM/HRSD knowledge
• Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies
• Experience as a Scrum Master and driving development sprints

• Experience in Software Engineering
• Experience in problem-solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
