You'll work as part of an agile team alongside colleagues from Switzerland and Spain.

Responsibilities
- Resolve client support issues within the EWP L2-Client team
- Prioritize and escalate issues based on their impact and urgency
- Deliver personalized support and provide consistent follow-up to users affected by technical issues
- Investigate and analyze unknown issues to develop and document permanent solutions
- Serve as an interface between L1 and L3 support teams
- Collaborate with the L3 team on projects involving current and emerging technologies
- Assist the team leader with administrative tasks and cross-functional topics
Requirements
- 18 to 24 months of technical, customer-focused experience
- Relevant higher education and professional background within the IT industry
- Apprenticeship as a computer technician or high school diploma equivalent with further technical education
- Familiarity with ITIL v4 (definitions, process optimization, etc.)
- Ability to communicate technical contexts clearly
- Highly customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to analyze and solve tasks independently
- Good analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to assess impact and urgency to prioritize efforts on a daily basis
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in native or fluent English
Nice to have
- Microsoft MCP Certification at the client level
- Good communication skills in German would be a strong advantage
