We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with strong knowledge in Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix technologies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our virtual desktop infrastructure, thereby enhancing the overall performance and reliability of our IT systems.

Technologies

• Core enterprise infrastructure services (ADDS, MS CA, DNS, DHCP, DFS)
• Microsoft Azure (including Microsoft Virtual Desktop)
• Security tools (MS Defender, Azure DLP)
• MS productivity stack (O365, Exchange, S4B)
• MS enterprise management stack (SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM, SCDPM)

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environment
• Assist with Citrix infrastructure maintenance and enhancements
• Oversee operations of core enterprise services including ADDS, DNS, DHCP, MS CA, and DFS
• Support Microsoft Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security
• Collaborate on managing on-premises virtualization using Hyper-V
• Work with enterprise management tools such as SCCM, SCVMM, SCOM, and SCDPM for streamlined operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix infrastructure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Hyper-V for virtualization and infrastructure management
• Familiarity with core enterprise services, including ADDS, DNS, DHCP, and DFS
• Background in enterprise-scale infrastructure management tools like SCCM, SCVMM, and SCOM
• Experience with security tools, particularly MS Defender, and data protection solutions such as Azure DLP
• Understanding of ITIL processes with practical experience in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Strong communication skills in English at a minimum B1+ level
