As a Senior (Technical) Test Manager, you will join our ART Channels team, which primarily focuses on e-banking solutions. You will be responsible for defining and refining the ART-level test strategy and implementing it by providing guidance and coaching to the teams. The main areas of focus include the implementation of Shift-Left practices, a test automation approach, and ensuring the transparency of testing through reporting, without compromising the quality of ongoing monthly releases. In this role, you will also oversee other applications within the Channels domain. You will work in an agile team alongside colleagues from Switzerland and Spain.

Responsibilities
- Act as ART and Domain Test Manager driving all aspects of testing including functional and non-functional testing
- Consult and engage with ART Leadership and CoE Testing to align the Domain and ART Test Strategy with Global Test Strategy
- Coach and support agile teams to implement the ART test strategy effectively
- Establish a sustainable quality mindset across the ART and Domain
- Drive continuous improvement, shift-left practices, and test automation
- Ensure adherence to quality gates across the domain and consult on sign-off decisions. Act as the escalation point for quality issues
- Provide continuous reporting of execution status and results throughout the delivery pipeline
- Oversee Pentest findings and risks
- Conduct and manage Go/No-Go meetings for all releases
- Review adherence of RFCs and readiness proofs to audit-mandated standards
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager handling end-to-end testing aspects in complex environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in agile environments
- Expertise in creating and implementing test concepts with shift-left practices and automation in mind
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab and Jenkins with a focus on testing aspects
- Experience with JIRA
- Basic knowledge in banking
- ISTQB Foundation Level certification
- Ability to manage stakeholder communication at varying levels of management effectively
- Open-mindedness, problem-solving mindset with high levels of responsibility and assertiveness
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+/C1 level)
Nice to have
- Experience in the financial industry, preferably within the e-banking solutions domain
- Familiarity with SAFe methodology
- Knowledge of XRAY for TM
- Advanced Level TM certification
- SAFe or other Scaled Agile certifications
