Establish effective communication with the customer to identify relevant requirements
Analyze business requirements and define solution designs proactively
Attend Business Workshops and conduct Fit-to-Standard Analysis
Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain functionalities aligned with the customer’s specific business or industry needs
Create project documentation, including materials for training and educating business application users
Handle troubleshooting tasks and provide support for SAP solutions

Requirements

Knowledge of at least two modules or applications within the specified system
Understanding of programming languages associated with the mentioned modules or applications
Knowledge of business processes related to a specific functional area
Background in system modules or applications with 3+ years of experience across 2+ projects
Certification related to the specific system functionality at a minimum of associate level is recommended
Capability to guide and manage a team of 2–3+ individuals
Familiarity with basic aspects of Project Management and People Management
Proficiency in comprehensive SAP S/4HANA functionality and SAP Activate methodology
Core expertise in processes within a defined business domain
In-depth understanding of SAP SD capabilities, such as Org Structure setup, Order management, ATP, Pricing, Outputs, Printing forms, OTC process, and Returns
Competency in handling Special processes like customer consignment, STO, and 3rd party processing
Familiarity with Idocs and integration with 3PL
Capability to apply enhancement techniques, including user exits, enhancement points, and Badi
Proficiency in customizing the SAP Fiori launchpad
Skills in working independently and contributing as part of an international project team
English B2 level proficiency (able to communicate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders, present ideas, and provide logical reasoning)
