Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate, Copilot, and other low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, map processes, and translate requirements into scalable workflows
- Integrate AI-driven capabilities (e.g., Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, Bedrock, document processing) to enhance automation with NLP, IDP, and predictive analytics
- Develop and maintain automation pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance with governance standards
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations, addressing performance bottlenecks and errors
- Stay updated on emerging trends in intelligent automation, including generative AI, process mining, and hyperautomation
- Train non-technical teams to use low-code tools for citizen development (e.g., Power Automation, Azure Functions, SharePoint automations)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (experience with Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Copilot is a big plus)
- Proficiency in building RPA solutions with Power Automate Desktop/Cloud and Copilot for automation scripting
- Familiarity with AI integration (e.g., Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI)
- Understanding of API integrations, connectors, and hybrid automation architectures
- Experience with platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism is a plus
- Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and automate repetitive tasks
- Strong problem-solving mindset, communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to have
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, or AI/ML
- Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Process Advisor)
- Knowledge of intelligent automation concepts (e.g., business process automation, chatbots, document processing, decision engines)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for hosting automation solutions
- Basic scripting skills (.NET, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript) for advanced automation scenarios
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD in automation pipelines
- Experience with data analysis/transformation tools (Power Query, SQL)
