Responsibilities
- Act as an entry point for business to land new opportunities & projects
- Identify priority and connect business owners with the respective channels/sources
- Communicate with different teams and stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and preferences
- Develop a staffing plan and drive execution of the plan with help of involved parties. Work on creative approaches to staff critical positions/opportunities
- Assist in the development of staffing strategies and initiatives for both sides – business owners and internal resource owners
- Help our brilliant employees to find their dreamed opportunities & projects
- Support employees in each stage of staffing activities, like help to improve CV, guide them in opportunities and process
- Monitor and track staffing metrics to identify areas of improvements
- Oversee the progress of staffing all open positions across the assigned portfolios
- Ensure that quality of data is kept up-to-date in internal tools
- Report progress to heads
- Propose improvements of process to WPM, heads of discipline
Requirements
- Experience in staffing or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated person with “Get it done!” attitude, who is eager to learn and improve him/herself
- Stress tolerant: flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timelines and changing priorities
- Attentive to details, friendly, polite, thorough: strong personal ownership and commitment to quality, desire to contribute and speak up
- Understanding of modern IT landscape – major technology stacks, programming languages and frameworks – would be a great advantage
- Experience in project management, Excel, PowerPoint - will be a great plus
- Excellent English: both written and spoken (B2+ and higher)
