Conduct code reviews and implement features using best practices to ensure clean code and maintain structured design
Oversee application performance, resolve bugs, and address technical issues
Write documentation tailored for technical purposes and end-users
Support team activities, assess team performance, and identify operational needs
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical discussions, reporting metrics to management
Make contributions to the organization, optimization, and setup of development workflows
Provide input on design and architectural solutions

Requirements

7+ years of engineering experience encompassing SAPUI5, BTP, HANA, CAP, Node.js, CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, Piper, Webdriver.IO), coupled with a broad technological perspective
Background in team leadership involving cloud systems, SAP architecture, and mentorship for teams of 10+ members
Proficiency in design principles alongside skills in microservice architecture
Familiarity with Agile workflows such as Scrum and Kanban
Basic understanding of JavaScript and Node.js
Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA database, and SAP CAP environments (Java, Node.js)
English language skills at a B2 proficiency level or higher
