Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and perform analysis of operational information including profit and loss, revenue forecast, utilization, staffing, and retention
- Collaborate with account, delivery management, and related departments to support business objectives
- Improve and automate existing reports and processes to increase efficiency
- Provide key business and financial guidance to account and project management teams
- Analyze company and department P&L data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support continuous development of reporting tools and methodologies
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data
- Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement data solutions
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Assist in ad hoc financial and operational analyses
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial and operational policies
- Stay updated on economic and technical trends impacting analysis
Requirements
- 3+ years of working experience in finance or finance analysis
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency with good oral and written communication abilities
- Basic understanding of corporate financials with experience in P&L analysis
- Continuous self-development at the intersection of economic and technical trends
- Experience with MS SQL, SharePoint, and Power BI is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
