Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities to meet delivery timelines and quality standards
- Finalize project outputs to match stakeholder expectations
- Manage project scope with effective requirements traceability
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment

- Adapt project plans to changing business and project needs

Requirements
- Experience in project management or related roles for more than 2 years
- Leadership skills in managing project teams and delivery processes
- Proven record in finalizing and delivering projects within deadlines
- Knowledge of software engineering practices and principles
- Adaptability to handle change and uncertainty
- Negotiation skills for conflict management and compromise
- Experience in backlog management and business or functional requirements
- Understanding of operational, financial and strategic aspects of organizations
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams
- Self-motivation and discipline for independent work
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budget and cost management
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+)
