Responsibilities
- Analyze the current architecture, business objects, and data model of the existing application in SAP C4C
- Develop CRUD operations and implement on the SAP BTP platform
- Develop UI operations and implement on the SAP BTP platform
- Deploy the application on SAP BTP while utilizing appropriate tools such as CAP, RAP, or native SAP UI5 libraries
- Collaborate with external system teams to verify API compatibility with new services
- Support the final implementation and transition process
- Maintain and optimize OData and REST APIs for seamless integration
Requirements
- Experience in developing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and CAP or RAP frameworks
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Node.js, or ABAP
- Strong understanding of OData API and REST API development and integration
- Familiarity with SAP HANA Cloud and database modeling techniques
- Solid knowledge of SAP development tools and ecosystem such as Web IDE, BAS, or Eclipse
- Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working with SAP C4C platform
- Knowledge of database migration best practices
- Familiarity with Fiori Elements and annotations for UI creation
- SAP Certifications related to UI5, BTP, or HANA
