Offer in-depth expertise in SAP applications and their integration with non-SAP systems to support O2C and P2P business processes

Partner with business teams and IT functions to design, develop, and integrate customized IT solutions

Oversee the delivery of application changes in a Kanban environment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications

Ensure all improvements in O2C and P2P processes comply with established principles, standards, and best practices

Develop detailed design documentation and specifications to guide the implementation of new solutions

Clearly communicate how business processes interact with application functionality during change management activities

Establish strong working relationships with external partners and consultants to maximize value delivery

Support the Applications Support Manager by providing expertise to ensure service levels are met, including the formal handover of newly implemented solutions

Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in SAP applications to identify and leverage new opportunities

Contribute to the development and refinement of strategies, standards, policies, and procedures in your area of expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

At least 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant specializing in O2C or P2P areas

At least one year of experience in leading and managing teams

Proven experience delivering SAP solutions in O2C or P2P domains, with participation in at least three full-cycle SAP implementations

Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with SAP modules

Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful SAP technical and functional changes in a global environment

Capability to translate complex business needs into effective SAP solutions

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders

SAP certification in relevant modules such as MM, SD, FI, or CO

Proficient in English (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
